RETURN POLICY

(To start the return process, please fill in the contact form below)

We’re happy to accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

You’re eligible for a PAID return if you’re not feeling the product or it doesn’t fit. A return fee will be deducted from your total refund.

You’re eligible for a FREE return if your product is unused and damaged on delivery or delivered in the wrong colour and/or size. Please note that damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for Dead Stock items. All items must be returned unused and with the tags intact.

 

Dead Stock refers to items that did not pass our quality check and therefore cannot be sold at full price. All dead stock items include a list of quality issues on their product page. We believe that the right buyer will re-envision how to wear them.

If we believe that the tags have been tampered with, or the product is stained with makeup, drinks, food, sprayed with perfume or doesn’t show any signs of damage (per your reason for return), we reserve the right to refuse your case. If this happens, we will send your order back to you at a fee.
